To order an IELTS Test Report Form (TRF):
1. If you did not take the test with CES Toronto (CA009) or CES Calgary (CA759) at one of our venues, please do not complete this application form.
2. The IELTS Test Report Form is valid for 2 years from your test date. If you have not taken the test within the past 2 years, your TRF has expired. Please go to www.ieltstoronto.com to register for the next available date.

Please note that regular post does not offer tracking information.
