CELPIP Preparation Program Policy
Anyone who wishes to withdraw from the CELPIP Preparation Program within 72 hours after signing up is eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this time will be charged an administrative fee of $150.
If a full cancellation is requested on day 1 of the lesson module before the start of the program, only 50% will be refunded. Once the module has started, there will be no refund.
Global Village Toronto Exams reserves the right to cancel or postpone a CELPIP Preparation Program due to low enrolment. A full refund will be refunded within 30 days of the module cancellation.
Group Preparation Program:
If you are late, you will not receive extra time or a refund. You are responsible for starting on time. If the instructor is late, then you will finish until you get your full time.
If you do not attend one or more lessons, you cannot make up the time or get a refund.
Private Program:
If you are late, you cannot get extra time or a refund. We have the right to cancel a meeting if you are more than 10 minutes late. You are responsible for starting on time. If the instructor is late, then you will finish until you get your full time or we can rearrange a longer meeting next time. Please understand we may have other clients waiting after you so it is not always possible to extend the meeting.
If you cancel a meeting, please let us know at least 24 hours before the meeting. Otherwise, you will be charged for that meeting.
